Rooms are good but corridors are dirty , service is not bad, not maintaining the Minerva standards ... didn’t supply enough dental kits and shaving kits

when ever I visit Vijaywada, I stay in this place , this is too good and the break fast is damn good and service is also quick, and mainly it is in the heart of city so we have access to all parts of city easily

Rooms were spacious. Service was excellent. Vegetarian restaurant was awesome. Checking check out procedures were quick.parking facilities were too good. Had a great stay

The room was good and the stay was pleasant. The breakfast was also nice and had variety. However, in one of their restaurants in the ground floor, there were small cockroaches crawling on the walls.

Overall its good hotel to stay due to its prime location. But they do not provide mineral water, they said clearly they provide only ro water from there own hotel but other services are chargeable. And the reception people are very rude.

whenever I visit vijaywada this is the hotel I prefer to stay. The location is convenient and I love their laundry service. but this time I found lack of professionalism in the staffs at front desk as well as restaurant. Front desk staffs are not warm enough to welcoming guests. Restaurant staffs require training to serve the guests. Rooms needs interior upgrade. I was allotted to room 1101, the bathroom was stinky. Otherwise no complaint. I will try someother hotels for my next visit.

I recently stayed at Minerva Grand - Vijayawada, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location on MG Road, behind Kalanikethan, is excellent—easily accessible and close to major shopping areas, restaurants, and attractions in Vijayawada.
The food at the hotel was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of South Indian and continental options. The in-house restaurant maintained good hygiene and offered prompt service.
The amenities were well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, and efficient air conditioning. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Room service was prompt, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the space tidy.
Overall, Minerva Grand offers a great blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I would recommend it to both business and leisure travelers looking for a well-located stay in Vijayawada.

Hotel stay was comfortable, break fast is just excellent, food serving in the afternoon lunch took lot of time (due to heavy rush) - hot water is not coming in the bathroom. Overall it is ok
